Project Coordinator

With over 30 years of experience in home remodeling in Potomac and the Northwest Washington D.C. area, Kelly guides clients through every phase of the project. His consultative approach and deep understanding of design and craftsmanship help ensure your remodel reflects both practical function and refined style.
Ken Hurdle

Project Coordinator

Ken brings 40 years of experience in construction, sales, and marketing. He understands remodeling from every angle and treats each project as if he were the homeowner. His empathetic, client-first focus makes complex projects feel easy.

James Dyott, CRPM, CLC

Production Manager

With over 30 years of experience, James has advanced from laborer to carpenter, superintendent, and project manager. His hands-on expertise and certifications (CLC, Lead Paint Certified) make him a trusted leader in home remodeling across Bethesda and Northwest Washington, D.C.

Office Manager

Since joining the team in 2013, Lamar has served as a primary point of contact for clients,  whether they’re starting a major remodel or requesting maintenance. Her experience and professionalism make sure that all communication is clear, organized, and client-centered.
