General Manager

Ray oversees all office and construction operations to ensure your project stays on time and on budget. With over 30 years of leading Hopkins & Porter, he’s committed to long-term client relationships and upholding our core value: “it’s the way we care.”
Kelly Thurman

Project Coordinator

With over two decades of experience in home remodeling in Potomac and the Northwest Washington D.C. area, Kelly guides clients through every phase of the project. His consultative approach and deep understanding of design and craftsmanship help ensure your remodel reflects both practical function and refined style.
Ken Hurdle

Project Coordinator

Ken brings 37 years of experience in construction, sales, and marketing. He understands remodeling from every angle and treats each project as if he were the homeowner. His empathetic, client-first focus makes complex projects feel easy.

James Dyott, CRPM, CLC

Production Manager

James started in construction early and has worked his way through laborer, carpenter, superintendent, and project management roles. His certifications (CLC, Lead Paint Certified) and hands-on experience make him a trusted leader for home remodeling in Bethesda and the Northwest Washington D.C. area.

Carlos brings more than a decade of maintenance and repair experience to Hopkins & Porter. His craftsmanship and dependable work ethic guarantee that even small repair or maintenance projects receive the same attention to detail as full remodels.

Lamar Christie

Office Manager

Since joining the team in 2013, Lamar has served as a primary point of contact for clients,  whether they’re starting a major remodel or requesting maintenance. Her experience and professionalism make sure that all communication is clear, organized, and client-centered.
