The K9 Aquatic Center has just recently opened in the Travilah Oak Shopping Center in Potomac, MD. The aquatic center is designed for older dogs who might not get as much daily exercise as they used to.
Dogs using the aquatic center will be introduced to the aquatic treatment known as hydrotherapy which mitigates the pressure on joints of the animal. Dogs are now able to recover faster from injuries with new aquatic therapy techniques which makes taking your dog to the center a must!
The center is a wonderful stress relief for working dogs such as K9 police, assistance dogs, etc.
Rehab specialist Mike Rieskamp and veterinarian Dr. Tiffany Fu will be on site at the center for health questions concerning your dog.
The K9 Aquatic Center will be open Tuesday-Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
