Improvements that lowered our customer’s home insurance cost

In this case the client was being hounded by their insurance company to remove a dilapidated carport and concrete steps or face possibly being dropped from the policy. Hopkins and Porter was able to come in and remove the carport, maintain the parking pad and construct a new set of steps leading down from the kitchen. With some fabulous mortar patching you can hardly tell the carport was ever attached to the house. A simple deck over the garage entrance completes the transformation of this Rockville home’s side elevation.
